As the game of Beach soccer continues to spread across the country, the game is getting to more States of the Federation.
The Anambra Beach Soccer Association, a new association was added to the Nigeria Beach soccer family after the inauguration of the board members this week.
The board was inaugurated by the Nigeria Beach Soccer Association (NBSA), represented by coach Christopher Kadiri, a board member of the NBSA.
Victor Madubuko was inaugurated as the Anambra Beach Soccer Association Chairman to be assisted by his vice, Rt. Hon. Prince Chukwudi Orizu.
Hon Ezeakukwu Emmanuel Nsoedo will serve as the association Secretary General while Kingsley Nwagba take the position of coach and Technical Adviser.
Other members of the association include Chukwuka Fidelis (Assistant Coach), Prisca Ogugua (Welfare Officer), and Okwudili Emmanuel (Media Officer).
The Anambra Beach Soccer Association thus became the newest member of the Nigeria Beach soccer family.
Other existing states in the beach soccer family include Kebbi State, Kaduna State, Kwara State, Lagos State, Akwa Ibom State, Edo State and Kogi State.
More States are expected to join the family to add to the number of beach soccer teams in the Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL).
